I try to photograph bags in clear light to accurately portray colors. Please note that monitors and screens will display colors differently.

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, or there is a structural defect please contact me immediately so that we can find a solution.

I am happy to make an exchange or return within 14 days of shipment for an unused and in the same condition item. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item.

If item was purchased on a sale or show special, refund will be provided at the sale price, not the regular price.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (if your bag was used after purchase).

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1 business day unless specified otherwise in the return confirmation email to you.

Please note, the posting date of the refund to your account is out of my control once I initiate the refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/payment platform before contacting me.
